As a Cleaning Supervisor at Sodexo in Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork, you'll will deliver a high-quality cleaning service to create a safe and healthy environment. What you’ll do: 

Brief the housekeeping team daily and keep updated of all events  

Ensure there are no service breaches and complaints from guests 

Conduct periodical and random audits to ensure that all protocols are being followed  

Maintain contact with vendors to determine need for supplies or negotiation if any  

Ensure that all units are running with the sanctioned Manpower and as per the budget allocation  

What you bring:

Strong communication skills and able to handle a large team  

Excellent customer service and an eye for details  

Ability to enforce company protocols and high levels of expectation   

Friendly and welcoming personality to meet hotel and guest expectations   

Good with analytics
