We are looking for YOU (f/m/x) as: Utilities Coordinator (F/M/X) You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

Regular inspection and maintaining the buildings, facilities, and equipment to ensure they are in perfect condition.

Repair and overhauls as needed, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Manage and coordinate outside service providers for major repairs and renovations projects.

Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards throughout the building complex.

Documenting maintanance, repairs and safety inspections in accordance with company policies

Here's what you can bring to the team:

Completed vocational training as a janitor, electrician, plumber or in a related field.

Excellent knowledge of English is required.

Proven professional experience in building maintenance, ideally in a production or office complex.

Sound knowledge of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems.

Ability to work independently and in a team and to set priorities.

Ability to work unde pressure and be flexible to respond to changing requirements.
