- Design effective class room and/or digital learning courses as part of the training team and in consultation with the respective departments

- Manage and administer the timely implementation of learning courses

- Act as a focal entry point for training design and/ or training project requests

- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (such as requirement owners, quality engineers, subject matter experts, instructors, training providers, etc.)

- Design training content in line with requirement specifications or manage its development

- Perform regular monitoring and reporting of development/ project activities within the area of responsibility

- Establish newly developed or improved trainings by providing introduction and support

- Assist in maintaining the Training Management System

Ihr Profil:

- Bachelor’s degree in pedagogic, mass communication or IT relevant field

- - 3 years work experience in creating trainings (class room or digital)

- Training or Project Management experience (certification and knowledge of agile methods are an advantage)

- Fluent English (both written and spoken)

- Experience working with Articulate 360 or similar software, as well as LMS (Learning management system)

- Self-motivated problem solving attitude

- Time management and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Very good analytical and methodical skills

- Knowledge of aircraft and EASA documentation is an advantage

Lufthansa Technik Malta Ltd. (LTM) was established in 2003 as a joint venture between Lufthansa Technik AG (92%) and Air Malta (8%). The MRO service provider (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul), based at Malta International Airport in Luqa, provides its customers with line and base maintenance services for short haul and long haul aircraft in the Airbus A320/A330/340/350 series. Initially specializing in C Checks and comprehensive aircraft modifications, the company has now significantly expanded its service portfolio following the construction of a 64,000 square meter hangar complex. The spectrum of services offered has grown to encompass extensive maintenance work with wide ranging capabilities including structural and composite fibre repairs, complex testing procedures and comprehensive cabin refits. The 600 strong workforce can work on up to three long haul aircraft or five medium and long haul aircraft at any one time in the new hangar complex, expanded to cater for wide body aircraft. The hangars are used primarily for C Checks and aircraft overhauls. Lufthansa Technik Malta also collaborates with the renowned Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST) for the purpose of training and apprenticeship schemes.
