Technical Support Agent. Dublin. Irlanda

Staycity Group, Mission Hall, 11 Mill Street, Dublin 8, D08 X9K6 wishes to recruit a Technical Support Agent, with experience in M365, Azure Entra, Azure and Windows Active Directory, with a preference for certification in these areas.

The ideal candidate will also have experience in managing PSA and RMM systems, meeting strict SLAs, and possess knowledge of Hotel Systems such as Opera Cloud and Access control systems.

Hotel Operations experience is desirable.

Annual salary €36,400: 37.5 hours per week.
