The Noel Group, are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team based in 47 Dawson Street, Dublin City Centre, Dublin 2.

Description:

·    Utilizing different talent acquisition strategies such as social media, job boards, and direct sourcing to identify top talent across various professional skills markets.

·    Managing and driving full cycle recruiting process for internal and external candidates ensuring full understanding of Requirements

·    Expert sourcing skills; Boolean strings, data mining, and the ability to build networks and maintain pipelines.

·    Facilitating diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse pool of candidates during the selection process.

·    Collaborating closely with hiring managers to fill current and future vacancies.

·    Monitoring candidate progress and tracking talent acquisition data using an applicant tracking system.

·    Overseeing talent pool management and implementing strategic pipeline activities.

Requirements:

·    Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in a Talent Acquisition Role within an Agency environment.

·    Diversity Equity and Inclusion prior experience is prefered

·    Business Development Experience

·    Strong Organisational and time management skills

·    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·    Strong organisational and time-management skills

·    Comfortable working in a high-pressured, busy environment

·    Preferable by a certified Manual Handling Instructor, as the talent acquisition specialist will attract the candidates and ensure candidates are fully compliant for work at The Noel Group.
