Sushi Chef - Dublin. Dublin. Irlanda

We are hiring full time Sushi Chefs in the Dublin area:

Dundrum (D16),

Liffey Valley (D22)

Blackrock (A94)

Main duties of the Sushi Chef include but are not limited to:

- Preparation of high quality sushi

- Adherence to food safety protocols

- Answering customer questions related to the products

The successful candidate will have the following knowledge and experience:

- Minimum 6 months experience needed, but full training will be provided

- A fast learner with an interest in kitchen work

- Understanding and compliance with HACCP and health and safety in the kitchen

- The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment

- Must be able to work weekends
