Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency of our production process by managing essential tasks related to labelling, stock rotation, and batch management.

Key Responsibilities:

    Print product labels for customer orders

    Check batch numbers to ensure stock rotation using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method

    Create and manage batch numbers in the DIOMAC system to maintain accurate stock records in all product and packaging

    Collaborate with the production team to ensure the smooth flow of operations

    Maintaining sales database and processing invoices

    End of Month stock reports

    Manage Cold storage In and Out

    Daily recording and updating of processes

    Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment

Skills:

    PC literate with strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook

    Ability to liaise with various support functions

    Ability to multitask and work under pressure

    Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

    Pride in the quality and presentation of work

    Excellent communication skills

    Structured and with excellent attention to detail

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    Previous experience in the food or production industry would be advantageous
