Senior Fixed Assets Accountant with German in Bundled Solutions (Betriebswirt/in (Hochschule) - Rechnungswesen u. Controlling)

Stellenangebotsbeschreibung:

- Record in the accounting system newly acquired fixed assets and those disposed

- Track, compile, and record project costs in fixed asset accounts; close out the accounts at the completion of the projects

- Perform depreciation calculation for all fixed assets

- Perform reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledger balance with summary-level account in the general ledger

- Perform an update on the detailed schedule of accumulated depreciation and fixed assets

- Record fixed assets by creating and supervising a system of procedures, forms, and controls

- Recommend any updates to the SOP affecting fixed assets taking into account all process changes and updates in MAUI

- Allocate tag numbers to fixed assets to effectively track them

- Perform analysis related to fixed assets when requested by management

- Be the first contact person for the Fixed Assets matters for the Bundled Solutions Group Clients

- Prepare audit schedules for fixed assets and help out auditors when they have inquiries

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Ihr Profil:

- Min. 3 years of experience in SSC/BPO sector, preferably in GL/Fixed Assets/AP/AR

- Strong analytical skills and good all-round MS Excel skills

- Very good German min. B2 (required in daily direct contact with BS group companies, communication in both: written and oral form)

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration desired

- Experience with SAP is crucial (SAP P03 will be an advantage)

- Good English B1/B2

- Ability to work analytically, focus on details and high accuracy

- Proactive attitude as well as team player heart

- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
