As a foreman, you will be responsible for the daily management of 50 employees across various shifts and job profiles. You will ensure the delivery of planned production, adherence to our high-quality standards, and contribute to creating a safe and positive work environment.

You are driven to improve work processes, have experience with Lean principles, and can translate this experience into everyday results.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for daily safety, e.g., ensuring the use of necessary personal protective equipment.

- Ensure adherence to work procedures to meet production standards.

- Foster a motivating, safe, and developmental work environment.

- Willingness to learn about Lean principles and optimization tasks.

Professional Competencies:

- You have relevant leadership experience, supplemented with expertise in trades such as Welders, Machinists, Toolmakers, or Mechanics.

- You can communicate effectively in both Danish and English.
