Restaurant Manager. Border. Irlanda

Due to continued expansion, Osha Green Limited are looking for 2 fully Qualified and experienced Restaurant Managers to join their esteemed team in Ireland. This is a full time, permanent position based out of the Hotel in Fahan F93 FV4Y

39 hrs/wk

40,000 €/annum

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Managing the daily operations of the Restaurant

Delivering high standards of Customer Service

Overseeing all aspects of service and service staff during operating hours

Meeting all financial goals set

Meeting departmental targets and objectives

Setting work schedules within budget

Co-ordinating closely with kitchen staff

Implementing company policies and procedures

Ability to work well as part of a team and efficiently under pressure.

Willingness to work flexible hours required for the job to include evening and weekend work.

To operate the till in line with till operation and cash handling procedures.

Proficient English language to include reading and writing.
