Minimum requirements

•    Must be a qualified chef

•    Previous experience and knowledge of their own  pastry station

•    Must be aware of the current food trends in high-end deli/pastry/bakery operations

•    Must be capable of working on own initiative

•    Excellent knowledge and presentation of pastry and bakery products required

•    Must be capable of all aspects of the management of the operation including planning, staffing co-ordinating, costings, directing, organising and budgeting

•    This is a daytime position, which will include weekend shifts, but no night time shifts
