Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the main purpose of the position is to manage the entire hotel operation during the overnight shift.

Requirements:

2-3 years’ experience in a Night Front Office role at supervisory / management level.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others.

A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.

Experience in property management systems (Hilton ONQ Property Management system)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

To be the direct point of contact for the Front Desk during the overnight shift and act as Duty Manager.

To respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest's needs, and adding any personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.

To ensure all guests queries are handled promptly and efficiently during the night shift.

Ensure that the team of night porters carry out their duties as per hotel standards.

To do a daily handover with the duty managers when on shift.

To complete financial reports required.
