Job Description: Full-Time Maintenance / Tiler

Join our award-winning team at The Connacht Hotel as a Full-Time Maintenance/Tiler. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.

Function:

•    Cover all maintenance aspects in the hotel, prioritizing health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Prioritize maintenance tasks with the Management team.

•    Perform various maintenance tasks including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and professional tiling.

•    Keep maintenance procedures updated and coordinate with contractors when necessary.

•    Conduct regular checks on engineering systems to ensure functionality.

•    Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and enhance guest satisfaction.

•    Handle service and product guarantees and warranties.

•    Conduct daily inspections of public areas and implement preventive maintenance programs in rooms.
