Als laborant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de productie van cel- en weefselkweek van celtherapieproducten. Conform de GMP-voorschriften werk je in een

cleanroom omgeving en voer je andere gerelateerde procedures uit, zoals monstervoorbereiding, mediapreparatie en apparatuur voorbereiding.

Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit, maar beperken zich niet tot:

• Uitvoeren van

  kweekactiviteiten voor celtherapie, vanaf het beginmateriaal tot de eindproducten;

• Zorgvuldig documenteren en verifiëren van alle noodzakelijke processtappen in goedgekeurde batchrecords;
• Alle waargenomen afwijkingen tijdig melden aan de supervisor;
• Reinigen van de (productie) ruimtes;
• Assisteren bij de kwalificatie van de apparatuur en logistieke activiteiten.

As a laboratory technician, you are responsible for the production of cell and tissue cultures for cell therapy products. In accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines, you work in a cleanroom environment and carry out other related procedures, such as sample preparation, media preparation, and equipment preparation.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting cell therapy culture activities, from starting material to final products;
• Carefully documenting and verifying all necessary process steps in approved batch records;
• Reporting any observed deviations to the supervisor in a timely manner;
• Cleaning the (production) spaces;
• Assisting with equipment qualification and logistical activities.

• Afgeronde opleiding in wetenschap, biotechnologie of laboratoriumwerk;
• Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Ervaring met celkweek;
• Beschikbaar in dagdienst en bereid om in de 5 ploegendienst (2-2-2) te werken.

English version:

• Completed education in science, biotechnology, or laboratory work;
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken;
• Experience with cell culture;
• Available for day shifts and willing to work in a 5-shift system (2-2-2).
