Responsibilities:

-Maintaining a clean kitchen and properly maintained and organized equipment. This means:

-Good knowledge of the HACCP-Standards

-Keeping all kitchen sections clean and sanitized

-Keeping cookware cleaned, well organized and ready for use.

-Washing kitchen utensils and equipment such as stoves, refrigerators, Tilt frying pan, ovens, Deep fryer, etc.

-Reporting damaged or defective equipment to management.

-Helping manage inventory, like tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and storing supplies properly.

-Preparation of the mice en place and arrange platters

We are looking for candidates who:

-Are very well organized and structured.

-Are flexible, open minded, independent and keen to develop their skills further

-Able to work whilst in a busy environment

-Communicatively in English

Requirements:

-Experience in a similar or same position is expected.

-Strong interpersonal skills, and hard working person
