Collon Vehicle Dismantlers are currently seeking to recruit 3 HGV and LCV Mechanics for full-time work at Unit-2,Collon Business Park, Kells road, Collon, Co Louth, A92AK23.

Role and job descriptions:

Removes, dismantles, repairs and replaces defective parts and prepares new parts using appropriate tools.

Visual checks, test drives or uses test equipment to diagnose engine and mechanical fault. Reassembles, tests, adjusts and tunes the appropriate parts, systems or entire engine.

Skills Required:

A minimum of 4 years working in a similar role as a HGV Mechanic or LCV Mechanics required.

Familiarity with all machinery parts of vehicle an advantage.

A formal qualification in HGV&LCV mechanisation or similar while not essential would be a distinct advantage.

Ability to work on own initiative and independently.

This is a permanent, full time position.

Salary: €34,000/annum based on 39 hrs per week.
