What Do We Want

We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important Group clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.You will be part of the Prestige Health & Beauty team selling premium cosmetic and fragrance brands to established group pharmacies and department stores nationwide.

The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and

requirements to promote our company brand portfolio and achieve mutual satisfaction.

This goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

We require the right candidate to :

Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.

Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Promote the best practice that is expected from our Premium Brands merchandising standards and compliance.

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn in to long lasting relationships.

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Prepare sales report and presentations for customers to maximise on meetings.

Maximise on sales during key commercial periods and secure as many sales from annual promotional calendars.

What Will your Day to Day Look Like

Drive sales and exceed targets across your set of clients.

Build excellent relationships with clients and decision makers in target businesses.

You will identify and convert, cross sell and up sell opportunities.

You will work with set key performance measurements defined by the sales management team.

Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction.

Manage your diary and schedule regular meetings with your clients.

Prepare sales reports, analysis, and pitch new opportunities to your clients.

What Skills You Need for The Role

Be a team player.

Proven experience as key account manager - working in the Irish Pharmacy/Retail sector an added advantage.

Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.

Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
