We’re currently seeking a Head of Growth to be at the forefront of shaping and executing our corporate strategies across all business units. What can I expect from the job in 2023?

As our Head of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and suggesting strategies to the executive team, as well as execute and overseeing our key strategic initiatives. This involves understanding the nuances of every business facet, from product development to marketing, and ensuring that the strategies are aligned with reTyre's overall vision. Your detailed yet holistic approach will be key in integrating these strategies across departments and making sure they are executed to perfection.

You bring several years of strategic development experience, ideally from top-tier strategy consultancy firms or leading corporations. Your track record showcases not only strategic planning but also successful strategy execution. You are detail-oriented, solution-focused, and naturally assume leadership. Main Responsibilities:

• Strategy Formulation and Execution: Develop, suggest, communicate, and implement growth strategies across all business units.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with leaders from all departments to ensure that strategies are cohesive and well-executed.

• Business Analysis: Understand market trends, identify opportunities, and anticipate potential threats to inform our strategic direction.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external partners and stakeholders to gather insights and ensure our strategies are robust and responsive.

• Leadership: Foster a culture of strategic thinking within the company, ensuring that strategic initiatives are understood and embraced at all levels.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the executive team on the progress of strategic initiatives, challenges, and results.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBA or a master’s degree in business, Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Several years in strategic planning and execution roles, with demonstrable success.

• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of strategic frameworks.

• Language: Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Norwegian and other languages are an added advantage.

• Visionary: Ability to see the big picture and plan for the future while being anchored in present realities.

• Problem Solver: Address challenges with innovative, feasible and effective solutions.

Who will my colleagues be?

As our Head of Growth, you will be an integral part of the Operations department. Reporting directly to Alex (COO), you'll have close collaborations with departmental heads and key personnel. Your role will seamlessly integrate with others in Operations, such as the Environmental Sustainability Manager, Compliance Director, and Head of HR.
