Head of Grid. Dublin. Irlanda

Reporting to the Asset Development Director, this key role involves leading the Grid activities in the development and construction of our onshore renewable asset’s portfolio of Battery Storage, Solar and Wind Farms.  Additionally, the role will focus on identifying, assessing, and presenting new opportunities that arise from ongoing policy developments within the renewables sector. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Energia Renewables Senior Leadership team and will be given access to an Executive Coach within the first 6 months of appointment.

About you

These are required to be shortlisted for interview:

•    A degree in Electrical or Power Engineering.

•    Proven track record of working in the energy industry, specifically related to grid activities.

•    Demonstrable experience in design, development, and construction of HV grid infrastructure.

•    Experience of managing multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, such as system operators, contractors, or statutory bodies.

•    Demonstrable willingness to adapt effectively to change, and shows resilience in times of disruption, challenge and uncertainty.
