What Will our Day to Day Look Like

You will oversee the daily goods issuing activities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions.

You will coordinate with the warehouse team to fulfil customer orders promptly and accurately.

You will implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy and condition of outgoing goods.

You will maintain accurate records of goods issued, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.

You will collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and address any discrepancies in orders.

You will identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of goods issuing operations.

You will provide training and guidance to the team to ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols.

You will generate regular reports on goods issuing metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and celebrating successes.

What Skills Do You need For This Role

You will have a proven experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on goods issuing in an FMCG setting.

You will have In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.

You will have previous experience in a leadership role, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

You have strong problem-solving skills to address issues related to order accuracy and inventory discrepancies.

You will be an effective communicator and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field; additional certifications in warehouse management are advantageous.
