Do you have solid experience within inbound marketing and know how to grow new leads into customers? Do you know what it takes to manage marketing automation and lead nurturing processes together with sales companies? Would you like to coordinate inbound marketing tactics and best practice across markets and support our sales companies working with inbound campaigns and marketing automation in a global environment? Then we have the position you are looking for in our global e-Business team.
In cooperation with digital inbound optimiser and analyst colleagues in e-Business, you will coordinate inbound activities and the global lead generation framework with our sales companies. You will be the point of contact for all inbound driven projects and in dialogue with our local marketing and sales people to support and continuously improve their lead generation and nurturing efforts.
An important part of your challenges will be to define the inbound marketing strategy across the global playing field and to innovate this area by growing the inbound mindset and activities within the company.
Your main tasks will include to:
- Help sales companies learn how to grow new leads and improve conversions using targeted marketing campaigns, lists and workflows with calls-to-actions, landing pages and follow-up e-mails
- Show how to create and use quality content in blogs, social media, landing pages and e-mails that attracts qualified leads to our sites and shops – together with copywriters, designers and SEO/SEM specialists
- Provide best practice to optimise marketing automation flows and lead nurturing processes and advice how to implement inbound methods in new marketing projects
- Establish analytics and lead generation framework for local marketing and sales to track and optimise their inbound marketing activities – in collaboration with our analytics specialists
- Facilitate inbound marketing network with sales companies to share best practice and learnings about how to turn leads into customers, and share insights about inbound campaigns across markets.
We expect you to have a BA/BS degree and at least two years of work experience with inbound marketing and lead generation, maybe as a consultant. You have an extensive understanding of inbound marketing in practice and how to use data-driven lead generation tactics and marketing automation tools. Proficiency in HubSpot’s lead generation and marketing automation and blogging is an asset in order to help your colleagues and our markets today, but we have a tool agnostic approach and the platform may change.
We expect you to be used to train and advice other people to empower our local marketing and sales people on how to generate traffic and convert visitors into leads and then nurture them into customers given the local conditions. One of the most important aspects is that you are committed and result driven in the way you want to develop and improve our inbound marketing tactics and activities internationally.
You are an excellent communicator and digital marketer with an ability to use data to create results using your advanced analytical skills and experience with conversion rate optimising (CRO). Cooperating closely with many nationalities across the VELUX organisation is something you would truly enjoy and you have the ability to coordinate and manage multiple inbound projects across markets. We expect you to be able to motivate and inspire colleagues and to create results as a team.
As you will engage with stakeholders throughout our global organisation, you must be fluent in English, both orally and in writing - other European languages would be a strong asset.
