Front Office Finance Business Partner. Luxemburgo

Purpose of the Job

The Finance team supports senior stakeholders across Wealth Management, Asset Servicing and Financial Intermediaries in Quintet Luxembourg Private Bank. Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role will be critical in providing regular and ad-hoc management information and insightful financial analysis to various stakeholder through the preparation of presentations and involvement in projects, reviews or initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

    Collaborate across finance to provide analytical support to the business to derive actionable insights and outcomes from financial data

    Demonstrate a proactive approach to identify issues and areas of improvement

    Advise and challenge the business's activities, financial performance and strategy to optimize the use of financial resources

    Support the local budget process and contribute to various ad-hoc financial analysis, projects and executive level presentations

Knowledge and Experience

    3 to 5 years' experience in a similar level role in financial business partnering preferably in wealth management

    Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration (Finance, accounting, business strategy)

Attributes and Qualities

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

    Experience in handling financial datasets & data preparation from various sources as well as financial analysis and visualization skills (e.g. think cell will be a plus)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate financial data in easy-to-understand business terms

    Ability to work under pressure and organize self to meet multiple and conflicting deadlines

Technical Skills

    High proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel, with SAP and TM1 experience a plus

Languages Skills

    Fluent in English

    French would be an advantage
