We are looking for a native English speaking Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Gzira, Malta.

What you’ll be doing:

Making outbound calls to engage with players and represent a variety of sportsbook and casino brands.

Utilizing your exceptional communication skills to reactivate inactive players and provide personalized recommendations that increase their engagement and retention on the platform.

Promoting current bonus campaigns and introducing new games, features, and payment methods that enhance the sports betting/gambling experience for players.

Guiding players through the website to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.all while showcasing your expert knowledge of the platform.

Collaborating with your sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets.

Native-level English skills are a must.
