Commissioning & Service Specialist. Østjylland. Dinamarca

1,2The Commissioning & Service Specialist will be responsible for timely delivery of automation equipment and high-tech customised machines. The specialist will test and quality assure the machine prior to delivery, troubleshoot and optimize the equipment prior to delivery. S/he will be responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction in his/her deliveries.

Main Activities

• Lead running-in phase in Stevanato group stage gate model.
• Participate in and/or lead, pre-FAT and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
• Ensure running in externally in collaboration with customers.
• Participate in and/or lead of SAT (Site Acceptance Test) at the customer.
• Planning and conducting board meetings with the team.
• Adhere to agreed deadlines.
• Keep customers informed and collaborate with them throughout the process.
• Collaboration with partners on the project during the design phase.
• Involvement and sparring with colleagues in the R&D department.

Qualifications

• Automation technician, machine worker, or similar background
• Approximately 4 years’ experience from machine build or similar.
• Familiar with IT notably MS Excel
• English in speech and writing
• Independent and flexible
• Expected travel time per year: 40-80 days
