Due to a growth in our activities, Enclude wishes to recruit a part-time morning (hours/days negotiable) Client Services Administrator to join our team on the Enclude TechSoup Programme. The successful candidate will work as part of a supportive team, with great opportunities for learning and development.

Enclude is a registered charity that provides software donations and technology solutions to the non-profit sector.  Established in 2006, we have assisted thousands of Irish charities in their digital evolution.

We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in technology and will be the first point of contact for current and potential clients. They should have good technology skills and excellent customer service, communication, and administration skills.

Duties will include:

•    Being a point of contact on incoming calls, maintaining leads and contact information as well as directing or solving queries.

•    Supporting the administration of the Enclude Tech Donations & Discounts programme. Tasks include-

o    Using a variety of systems and evaluating criteria to support the registration and validation of non-profits.

o    Answering product queries, and helping charities select the right product choices.

o    Helping to maintain the programme’s member database.

Candidates should be able to work well as part of a team, and should:

•    Have strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.

•    Be a strong team player.

•    Have good attention to detail.

•    Have good knowledge of IT systems.

•    Have good CRM, Microsoft365, and helpdesk experience.

•    Have an interest in the non-profit sector.

•    Have permission to work in the Republic of Ireland.
