What we're looking for:

???? Experience and genuine interest in the fields of materials and energy. Deep knowledge of licensing novel materials is a great plus.

???? Proven startup background, with a knack for steering young ventures towards success. Fluent in VC language, with a robust network to match.

???? Consultancy background, technical background are very much encouraged to apply.

???? Demonstrated ability in scaling up operations, supply chain management, and optimizing organizational processes.

???? Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to drive team cohesion and steer multifunctional teams towards success.

???? Forward-thinking, able to anticipate industry shifts and innovate accordingly. Experience in bringing new technologies to market is preferred.

???? Continuous learner, keeping updated with the latest in energy storage materials, technologies, and global energy trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Operational Efficiency: Streamline and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and efficacy across all projects.

2. Financial Oversight: Ensure the long-term financial health, stability and sustainability of the organization, exploring avenues for further investment and funding.

3. Growth & Expansion: Contribute to efforts in scaling the company, expanding into new markets, and establishing partnerships.

4. Team Building & Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, mentorship, and innovation within the team.

5. Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, representing the company's interests and vision.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field (Engineering background is preferred).

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the energy or materials industry.

• Proven track record of leading teams and scaling up ventures.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
