Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

Moradaview Ltd at their ,The Edge Resturant is seeking to recruit a full-time CHEF DE PARTIE to join our Kitchen team at The Edge, Promenade,Dough ,Lahinch County Clare. This is a permanent position.

Working hours- 39 hours per week

Salary- Euro 34,000-38000 per annum.

Requirements - Candidates must have 3 years of Chef De Partie level experience in a professional kitchen.

Role Description: Responsible for the food preparation and cooking as per Restaurant menu and

guidelines;

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Food Quality – Responsible and accountable for the preparation of all food made as directed by the

Executive Chef. Ensuring high standards are consistently met.

• Assist the Executive Chef in controlling the margin with respect to purchasing from suppliers/central kitchen

ordering, food preparation, and stock control applying first in-first out system to ensure the freshness of

product, portion size, and menu planning for the full food operation.

• Cleaning – operate the clean-as-we-go policy, including the personal carrying out of cleaning duties yourself,

led by example.

• Training – supporting the Head chef in training kitchen assistants to the company standards and procedures.

• Cooking – to be involved in the preparation, cooking and serving of dishes as per the  Restaurant menu

standards.

• Relationship Management: Ensure open relationships with all levels and departments within the organization.

Foster and maintain a good working relationship between all members of the team regardless of position.

Maintain an excellent working relationship with the head chef, shop manager, EHO and suppliers.

• Health & Safety – to ensure all HACCP regulations are maintained at all times, along with ensuring health &

safety work practices are adhered.

• Supporting the executive chef in maintaining all standards that are adhered to in their absence.

• Policies and Procedures: Implement effectively and efficiently any policies determined by the management

team in a timely manner.
