Overlooking Letterkenny Rockhill House is set in 100 acres of woodland, where warm smiles, fresh flowers, and real fires welcome you as you step through the door and into this haven of tranquillity. We are looking for a hardworking and passionate Chef De Partie to join the Rockhill House team. At Rockhill we have a passion for food and our kitchen team reflect this. You will be part of a friendly and hardworking team continuously striving for new challenges and developing your skills as you take this next step in your career.
The successful applicant must:
Have previous experience working as a chef in hotel or restaurant kitchen.
Have a keen eye for detail and be particular
Be organized and have the ability to work on their own
Be a morning person and punctual!
Have excellent communication skills
Have a mature and pleasant manner in dealing with colleagues.
Be a team player.
Have the ability to work under pressure.
Be willing to work at the weekends
