Catering Business Manager

Sodexo have a fantastic new opportunity in Raheen Limerick for an experienced Catering Business Manager to join and lead our onsite team.

Working at our prestigious pharmaceutical client site at the largest new greenfield pharma site development, you will be responsible for onsite staff restaurants, hospitality events, retail outlets and vending.

As the Catering Business Manager, you will ensure that you and wide onsite team delivers services that are highly customer focused, exceeding expectations and delivers business growth.

As one of the main points for contact for the client you and the wider Sodexo team you will plan, organise and control all aspects of the services and activities within client and company guidelines.

Experience and knowledge required for this role:

Proven experience in working a Catering Business Manager role.

Experience in retail services

Experience in working within a safety culture/ zero harm culture.

Strong people management and development.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands-on, practical attitude.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to work on own ini tiative as well as part of a team.

Excellent interpersonal, customer service & communication skills.

Experienced in adhering to and driving company initiatives.

Good use of the English language (written and spoken).

Computer literacy to include Microsoft applications.
