Do you want to help healthcare providers to make healthcare smarter? Are you ready to support the Finnish Wellbeing Services Counties in their digital leap? We are looking for a proactive and versatile Business Development Manager to join our energetic team! Focus of the role will be in the beginning within our growing Finnish public sector segment, but the role will provide interesting opportunities in our international business as well.

Business Development Manager for BeeHealthy

As a  subsidiary  of Mehiläinen,  the  leading  private  healthcare  company  in Finland,  BeeHealthy  draws  on 110+  years  of  experience  in  healthcare  and 20+  years  of  experience  in  developing  digital  services  and software  inhouse BeeHealthy  has  just  started  its  journey  and is in a  strong  growth  mode. We  are  currently around 80 dedicated  professionals based in Helsinki, Tallinn, Amsterdam and Dubai,  expanding both domestically in Finland and across the EMEA region.

As we are now growing our dynamic customer engagement team, we need your business development and customer success management capabilities to help our customers build new digital businesses with our platform. First and foremost, we look for people with attitude, curiosity and passion for making a difference in digital healthcare! If you have a "let's do it" -attitude, while being a good team player, and you can take responsibility of your own work as well as build trust with your customers, you might be the one we are looking for!  

Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Manager will include:

Supporting the sales of the BeeHealthy platform including identifying market opportunities and participating in and leading selected RFI/RFP processes

Managing the client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction - focus within Finnish Wellbeing Services Counties customer segment

Ensuring successful customer implementation projects together with BeeHealthy project managers. Steering the implementation projects from pre-sales and initial planning phase all the way to the go-live and helping the clients in building their digital healthcare offering and operations

Gathering and consolidating market knowledge and user insights from target markets, facilitating the development of BeeHealthy's offering together with our Product team

What  we  offer:

What  we  wish  from  you:  

-4-5+ years' experience from client-facing work, ideally from software, management consulting or health tech

-Experience in development of public social and healthcare services and from Finnish public health and social care operations and tendering processes

-You are a top-tier customer servant and have a desire to help customers to succeed together with BeeHealthy

-Strong people skills; you are an honest team-player, have good self-awareness, can effectively communicate with people from different backgrounds, have patience with others and ability to trust others

-Passion for  improving  healthcare  systems  around  the  world. Experience in healthcare sector and digital healthcare is also a big plus

-You understand what it takes to make a change in customer organizations, perhaps you are familiar with change management methodologies or at minimum have an interest in learning more

-Ability to create and deliver clear, concise, professional presentations in both internal and customer setting

-Excellent  communicationskills in English and in Finnish
