We are now seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our busy existing team. Ideal candidates will have energy and a passion for looking after our guests and be able to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have managing experience in a busy restaurant for minimum 5 years, able to take full responsivity for ensuring all customers experience a satisfying visit and receive the highest standard of goods and services at all the time; able to use your skills and talent to manage all aspects and ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant/Food/Beverage Service areas and assist in the development and growth of the sales at every opportunity; able to identify any training needs of staff, motivate others to ensure they  have developed to their best potential.

Education requirements:

The ideal candidate must have third level qualification in hospitality management or equivalent and must be:

Reliable, conscientious, punctual and well presented.

Take pride in what they do and genuinely care

Be proactive and always busy at work

Team player, and good leader
