Admissions & Guest Experience Team
Come and work with our Admissions & Guest Experience Team, as we head into our most exciting season yet!
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with outstanding communication skills to join our Admissions and Guest Experience team!
Our team is dedicated to delivering engaging and unforgettable guest experiences. Team members will have the opportunity to interact with every guest, making a passion for exceptional customer service indispensable.
Seasonal role Admissions & Guest Experience team €12.70 p/h
Role & responsibilities
As a seasonal team member in our Admissions Department, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
Processing guests’ bookings at our admissions tills.
Engaging with guests and offering comprehensive information about their visit.
Promoting & selling Emerald Park membership.
Processing feedback from guests and promptly addressing their needs.
Providing support in administrative and communication tasks.
Areas of work
Till points at Admissions building and kiosks.
Membership sales office.
Welcoming guests on arrival and assisting at the exit gate.
Supporting the communications team in the Enquiries and Bookings office.
Supporting seasonal events throughout the year.
Requirements
Applicants must be 17 years or older by March 23rd, 2024.
Prior work experience is not a requirement and we welcome individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time.
This is a seasonal contract position. Estimated start date March 23rd – September 30th, 2024. Contracts may be extended.
Skills
The ideal candidates will possess:
Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as a member of a team and go that extra mile.
Candidates with previous experience in cash handling, customer service, and EPOS sales will be considered favourably but not a prerequisite.
