Accounts & Finance Officer. Mid-East. Irlanda

Lifestyle Development Group are currently hiring for an Accounts and Finance Officer.

The Accounts and Finance Officer will be part of the senior management in Lifestyle Development, Drogheda, working directly with, and being responsible to the Managing Director.

Will provide financial reports and interpret financial information to MD and Board of Directors, to enable the company to make business decisions and meet the objectives of the company and the charity.

Will maintain the Accounts for the Organisation, liaise with the Supervisors of the projects to manage, guide and to ensure appropriate financial processes are in place.

Role/Responsibilities:

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company

(Weekly Payroll, Invoicing, Bank Reconciliations & other ad-hoc duties)

•Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, including projections, providing information to management and board to enable them to make business decisions and meet the company's objectives.

•Manage the preparation of the company's cashflow and budgets.

•Correspond with individual Supervisors on projects, discussing company future plans.

•Guide and lead employees/managers to ensure appropriate financial practices are being used to ensure financial best practise is adhered to.

•Participate in updating financial policies.

•Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring company finances are maintained and compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role,

Accounts Technician IATI qualified or part ACCA is desirable,

Word, Excel (Intermediate) and Thesaurus payroll.
