Job description

Santas Helpers create unforgettable Christmas experiences for our guests in our two Christmas experience locations. Santas Helpers welcome guests worldwide to  SantaPark- the home cavern of Santa Claus (https://santapark.fi/), an indoor Christmas-themed park- and lead them through different activities or to  Santa Claus Secret Forest - Joulukka (https://santaclaussecretforest.com/), which provides tailor-made Christmas experiences for families. Here, the Santas Helpers take visitors on unique adventures to learn the secrets from the Command Centre or take guests to have a peek into our Toy Factory. Bring your skills, interests, and experiences to the role as you let your inner elf shine!

General requirements

- Capable of completing work tasks independently as well as working in a team

- Outgoing personality, imagination, creativity

- You feel comfortable with performing and you have storytelling abilities

- Problem solving skills and you are self-driven

- Motivation to learn

- Fluent English language

Considered as an advantage

- Additional languages, especially Spanish

- Sales interest

- Restaurant skills
