Academic Work is on behalf of our client Hobby Film looking for a Sales Executive. Hobby Film has offices in Stockholm, Amsterdam, Copenhagen & Riga. You will be a part of the office based at Södermalm in the central of Stockholm where you will work closely together with seven collages within the positions Producers, Executive Producent, Finance and CEO. The environment at Hobby Film is creative, friendly and you will work among ambitious colleagues.
As a Sales Executive, you will be Hobby Film’s face and voice towards potential customers, such as advertising agencies & international brands. Your main focus will be prospecting new clients as well as networking at different events to create leads to your colleagues. The industry is competitive and requires outside the box- thinking.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by Hobby Film.
As a Sales Executive, you will work mainly with prospecting new clients and creating leads for your collages. Your daily focus will be to find new collaborators through cold calls and meetings with potential clients, as well as being a part of developing already existing clients. How you plan your days is up to you and the work requests a lot of self-determination. The position suits a person who has strong communication skills and who loves to network.

Your former experience and background is not the most important thing to be successful in the position as a Sales Executive at Hobby Film. We are looking for someone who has a great potential, personality and a positive approach!

* Have an interest in doing business and establishing great relations with your clients
* You are humble and a good listener, but also a person who doesn’t take no for an answer
* You are proficient in the English language, both oral and written, due to the clients/ projects Hobby Film works with
* You have experience from working within sales for 2-3 years
It will be considered an additional qualification if you have a formal education/or experience of sales within media and/or advertising, although it is not a requirement. It is also a plus if you have experience from working within marketing, for example with social media. It is also great if you are proficient in the Swedish language since 50% of the work Hobby Film creates is in Swedish.
As a person, you are results-oriented. You keep track of your strengths, while being humble for your own development areas. You have the ability to structure your own work, knowing how to prioritize. We do believe you’re a street smart, problem-solving person who doesn’t give up despite setbacks, a people-person who love to create new relationships!
