Your mission: As a .NET Technology Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our projects, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of .NET solutions within a cloud-based or on-prem environment. You will lead a talented team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall architecture and strategy of our technology landscape.

    Technical Proficiency: Strong technical expertise in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies within their domain. (.net, SQL, EntityFramework, React and Azure DevOps)

    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. (participation to client workshop, write technical documentations)

Let's talk about you. If you are/have...

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Proven experience as a .NET developer with in-depth knowledge of the .NET framework.

    Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying applications on cloud platforms.

    Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

    Proficient in cloud-native services, serverless architecture, and cloud security best practices.

    Proficient in web service / API development. Good Sharepoint knowledge is a plus.

    Excellent leadership and communication skills (French + English, both mandatory), with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

    Certifications in relevant technologies can be a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, SharePoint certifications).

    Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

    Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
