Our everyday mission is to provide our guests with safe and unforgettable experiences in Arctic weather conditions and create memories that exceed their expectations.

If you have a passion for the outdoors and customer service as well as an adventurous nature and excellent communication skills, you are already halfway there. We will provide you with the training you need and a great team spirit.

Finnish and English are our working languages, all others are to your advantage. Tasks include a considerable amount of working with snowmobiles.

Required: minimum B driving licence. First aid training and a hygiene passport are an extra benefit. If you have any experience with mechanics or small fixes of vehicles, or additional driving licences please let us know in the application.

We are looking for team members who are above all passionate to learn about snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing and the Aurora borealis. Previous guiding experience is a benefit, but we provide training that will teach the person everything they need to know to work in the cold environment and offer amazing customer service.

We do not have a required education or level of experience, as our team is always consisting of senior guides, experienced guides and new guides, all of which are joined by the most important thing - a passion for snowmobiling, nature and the desire to offer the best customer service!
