Minimum Requirements

•    Must have previous experience in a similar role in a 4/5* Hotel in Ireland

•    To efficiently and effectively control your departmental operation

•    To meet with all Conference and Banqueting organisers and ensure smooth operation throughout all bookings and delivery of service

•    To have extensive experience with Weddings – bookings, organization and service

•    Marketing and Selling of all Banqueting facilities

•    Planning all events including set up, staffing etc.

•    To ensure Hotel standards are achieved at all times

•    On instructions from our clients, candidates without relevant experience are requested not to apply

•    Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU
