PC Web Portals Change Management Business Analyst (H/F)

Your mission:

Contribute to the CapLink Private (BNP Paribas Private Capital Portals) change activity:

§  Contribute to the CapLink Private change roadmap prioritization with the product and solution teams

§  Contribute to the change planning with the vendor and the internal stakeholders

§  Contribute to the follow-up of the sprint planning and execution

§  Contribute to the execution of the User Acceptance Testing

§  Document the new features and fixes

§  coordinate the implementation of features required for new clients

§  Liaise with internal teams (IT, GBCM, Vendor, etc.) impacted by the change as appropriate

§  Report to relevant stakeholders on the progress of the change roadmap

§  Train relevant teams as appropriate

Your profile:

Education:

Bachelor degree

Professional Experience:

Experience in Private Capital and vendor management

Proven record in solution design and change management

Behavioural Skills:

Effective communication skills in French and English

Ability to collaborate and to influence

Transversal Skills :

Ability to multitask and interact with multiple teams towards a common goal

Technical Skills :

Knowledge of Private Capital domain

Experience in solution design and understanding of Agile concepts

Language Skills:

Fluent in English and French; German/other languages will be considered as an asset
