We are looking for a new colleague to cover for parental leave. The aim is to have someone start in May, June, or August 2024 and stay on for the next 12 months, with a possible extension.

There is also a possibility of securing a permanent position upon the conclusion of the temporary cover.

What you'll do ????

As a Delivery Manager, your job will be to:

  • own a customer portfolio with some of the largest brands in Norway
  • work closely with your customers to create chatbot solutions in our user-friendly platform
  • onboard new customers, and be responsible for maintaining and following up the customers within your portfolio
  • ensure a high customer satisfaction through project deliveries that are in accordance with the contract and expectations in terms of time, cost, and quality
  • be involved in a wide range of offers that Kindly offers its customers, including analysis, fieldwork, training, workshops, and text production
  • Stay up-to-date with Kindly’s products and services

Who you are ????

  • Passionate about helping our customers create amazing user experiences for their customers
  • You work well in teams, but also independently. We think having a background working with B2B customers will help you succeed in this position
  • It is important to have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in Norwegian and English (a third language is a plus)
  • As you will handling customers you must be comfortable leading meetings with big and small crowds
  • Last but not least, being pedagogical is a key skill as you will be onboarding and training our customers in our platform
