Sunshine Early Learning Centre is now looking for an Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Teacher to join our international team in Sunshine Hervanta Daycare centre.

We are looking for a professional, who genuinely enjoys working with children and meets the official qualification requirement for the position of Early Childhood Education and Care Teacher, in accordance with the Finnish Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018).  

Our working language is English, so it is essential that you have very good English language skills.  

The salary scale is from 2665,28 to 2905,09 euros per month, based on the previous work experience as an ECEC Teacher, and on the salary group G22D in the Collective Agreement for Private Social Services Sector (Yksityisen sosiaalipalvelualan työehtosopimus).

In addition to the monthly salary the hired ECEC Teacher with the official qualification requirement, will be paid a monthly availability supplement of 100 euros for the first 10 months of employment (total of 1000 euros).

As an ECEC Teacher, your responsibility is to plan, implement, evaluate and develop pedagogical activities for your own group. You will have the support of your own team, as well as the other teachers and the Daycare Manager. If needed, the expertise and support of our own special education teacher is also available.
