About the Role: As a Training and Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our organization, acting as both a sales professional and a training coach. You will be responsible for identifying student needs, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our training products. Your goal will be to inspire prospective students with a clear vision and purpose, helping them achieve their educational and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess student needs.

Provide exceptional customer service to students.

Promote and sell Pitman Training products.

Act as a training coach, guiding students through their educational journey.

Maintain high professional standards in all interactions and tasks.

Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.

Knowledge/Qualifications:

Degree in Business or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in using computers within an office environment.

Extensive knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

Previous sales experience.

Familiarity with Pitman Training is advantageous

Functional Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and inspiring prospective students.

Enthusiastic and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Efficient organizational and time management skills.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
