You will be jointly responsible for a smooth training process. To this end, you will be in contact with our airline customers from all over the world, clarify questions and provide on-site support. You will also support our instructors in the preparation and follow-up of training courses.

- As Training Coordinator SST with Concept Management, you will be the first point of contact for answering technical questions relating to the planning of cabin training. You will independently take on the interface work with our most important customers

- You will actively support the Head of OPS Management & Planning SST in capacity and resource planning

- You will be responsible for the complete planning of all training and courses for the Safety & Service division You will draw up training and deployment plans and coordinate teaching facilities (classrooms and training equipment)

- You will be also responsible for ensuring that the cabin training procedures are adhered to

- Main responsibility and collaboration in projects and working groups

- Participation in internal departmental process management

Ihr Profil:

- General planning experience in the field of training and further education, preferably in aviation

- Completed commercial vocational training and at least five years of professional experience in an administrative area

- You have a quick grasp of things, are used to working independently and in a solution-oriented manner, can drive projects forward and motivate others

- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills

- You have sufficient experience in process and project management

- You are characterized by a strong affinity for IT
