The work of a guide at Nordic Adventures is very versatile. Your duties include e.g., to be as a host/hostess, a driver, and a guide. In addition, there are other tasks available depending on your level of experience and skills. Previous work experience as a guide is not required, however working skills in the tourism industry is considered an advantage. EU residents only.

Position: Tour Guide

- Duration 01.10.2024-15.4.2025 (or as agreed);

- Part-time position / Full time position.

Requirements for guide positions:

- flexibility, adaptability, time management

- good team working skills with other guides

- customer-oriented attitude

- fluent oral English (other languages are an advantage)

- B-driving license at least

We offer:

- overtime, Sundays and bank holidays compensation are of course paid (those are the basics of the collective agreement!), as well as your paid holidays

- monthly contracts: we stand against the insecurity of 0-hour contracts commonly used in Finnish tourism. Instead, we offer full-time salaries, ensuring you don't have to worry about your finances if you have not enough working hours
