-Responsibilities-

As a Test Development Engineer, you will develop and implement test

procedures to come up with reliable results, thus ensuring the

functionality and safety of our products. Furthermore, you will work

closely with the project team spread around the world.

In your new role you will:

· Be responsible for the *development of test technology *for mixed-signal

integrated circuits (ICs);

· *Create test plans and new test methods* while supporting test pattern

development where needed;

· Generate and *document test requirements* together with the Design

Engineers;

· Support *debugging of test methods* on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) in

the lab;

· *Develop/debug test hardware and software* for both Frontend and

Backend;

· *Support Production, Quality and Application Engineering* on test

specific issues;

· Be responsible for *implementation of cost saving activities* and

*roll-out test projects* at worldwide locations.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

· A university *degree in Electronics Engineering* or similar field of

studies;

· Around 3 years of *experience in* semiconductor *test development*;

· Knowledge of *mixed-signal testers, system architecture, resources and

software* such as Teradyne ETS364/88, LTX ASL1000;

· Test *programming skills* in C/C++ and Visual Basic;

· Hands-on experience with *bench electrical measurements* using signal

generators, oscilloscopes;

· *Availability to travel* occasionally;

· Good command of *English*.
