Technical Engineers. Mid-West. Irlanda

We are seeking three skilled Technical Engineers to join our team in Ireland, specializing in the plastic recycling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Oversee the design, development, and optimization of plastic recycling processes.

•    Manage technical aspects of recycling equipment, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.

•    Collaborate with production teams, R&D, and Quality Assurance to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

•    Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and sustainability.

•    Perform quality control to ensure high standards of output.

Requirements

•    Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential as the role requires frequent communication with our Chinese suppliers. The ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and equipment instructions in Chinese is critical.

•    Diploma is relevant field and /or Undergraduate degree (desirable)

•    Extensive knowledge and educational background in plastic recycling / manufacturing

•    A minimum of 5 years experience in relevant industry

•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues.

•    Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.

•    Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
