- Responsibility for smooth & consistent  service delivery  for all services

- Managing overall operational performance -  high quality & compliance, talent attraction & retention, business partner satisfaction, cost-efficiency/unit costs  (= key performance indicators)

- Leading, motivating and developing  the subordinated staff in the context of corporate management principles as well as ensuring efficient organizational structure and processing organization in the area of delegation

- Strong cooperation with the customer and other supporting LGBS Team (KRK and FRA)

- Ensuring continuous improvement of process design and service quality

- Taking part in various projects

- Monitor of Team Performance

- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Ihr Profil:

- Master degree in Finance/Reporting Area or minimum 5 years of experience working in Finance/Reporting Department acting as Senior Accountant/Specialist/Team Leader

- Very good command of English, both written and spoken

- SAP Experience

- Experience in the management of teams in Finance/Reporting area will be an asset

- Outstanding organizational skills

- Highly independent and systematic approach to work

- Excellent communication skills in intercultural environment

- Flexibility and adaptability to be able to meet the closing deadlines

- Customer Orientation
