Our client is a reputable Private Debt Asset Management firm based in Luxembourg, Kirchberg.

As a Tax Compliance Associate, you will work directly for the General Partners and Investment Holding Companies, reporting to the Head of Tax and the Head of the Luxembourg Office.

You will collaborate with operations teams, Boards, and administrators to ensure efficient fund operations, maximize investor returns, and ensure compliance with fund documents and regulations.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee quarterly corporation tax payments for SPVs.

• Manage Directors' fees, including WHT form declarations.

• Handle quarterly and annual VAT Return preparation and filing.

• Ensure timely RAIF filings by Administrators.

• Oversee and review yearly tax returns for General Partner and Investment Holding Sarl.

• Oversee and review FATCA/CRS filings for funds.

• Assist the Product team in registering new funds and SPVs for tax purposes.

• Opportunity to expand into German and US tax and tax structuring work.

Regulatory Responsibilities:

• Act with integrity, due skill, care, and diligence.

• Stay updated on relevant Luxembourg legislation, including VAT and tax updates.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in tax, finance specializing in tax/accounting.

• At least 3/4 years of relevant experience in tax, ideally tax compliance in Luxembourg, working for a BIG 4 or Asset Manager.

• Knowledge of tax reporting, corporate, and VAT is preferable.

• Resilient, professional, and calm under pressure.

• Effective communicator and team player.

• Creative thinker with a can-do attitude.

• Eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences.

• Fluent in French and English.
