Etsimme BUFFETTARJOILIJOITA Lapland Hotels Sirkantähteen talvikaudeksi 2024-2025.

Levi on Suomen suurin talviurheilukeskus, joka tarjoaa jokaiselle jotakin! Leviltä löytyy hulppeat harrastusmahdollisuudet sekä monipuoliset palvelut. Lapland Hotels Sirkantähti tarjoaa 146 erilaista majoitusvaihtoehtoa sekä 250 ravintola-asiakaspaikkaa. Ravintola tarjoilee aamiaista, lounasta, päivällistä sekä bistroruokaa.

Työnkuvasi painottuu buffet-tarjoiluun: huolehdit siis ruokien esillepanosta sekä riittävyydestä tehden yhteistyötä keittiön kanssa, tehtävien pitäen sisällään myös yleistä asiakaspalvelua, tarjoilua ja siisteydestä huolehtimista. Levin talvikausi alkaa marraskuussa: tarjoamme töitä koko talvikaudeksi (esim. 18.11. - 31.3. tai sopimuksen mukaan) sekä kiireisimpään joulusesonkiin (esim. 18.11. - 4.1. tai sopimuksen mukaan).

Odotamme hakijalta:

- Hygienia- ja anniskelupassia (koulutamme tarvittaessa)

- Englannin kielen taitoa

- Koulutusta ja/tai aiempaa kokemusta ravintolassa työskentelystä

- Aurinkoista asennetta ja paineensietokykyä kiireisissäkin tilanteissa

Tarjoamme:

- Majoituksen jaetussa huoneessa, kävelymatkan päässä työpaikalta. Vuokra 250€ /kk.

- Palkkaus kokemuksen ja osaamisen mukaan

- Työtunnit väh. 90 h / 3 viikossa

Yhteistyössä REDU:n kanssa järjestämme vapaaehtoisen ja maksuttoman Lapin matkailualan koulutuksen englanniksi. Koulutus sisältää mm. asiakaspalvelua, paikallis- ja eri kulttuurien tuntemusta sekä yhteistyö- ja vuorovaikutustaitoja.

We are looking for BUFFET WAITERS/WAITRESSES for Lapland Hotels Sirkantähti for the winter season 2024-2025.

Levi Ski Resort is Finland's largest winter sports center that offers something for everyone! In Levi you can find diverse hobby opportunities and versatile services. Lapland Hotels Sirkantähti offers 146 different accommodation options and the restaurant seats 250 customers. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and bistro meals.

Your job focuses on buffet service: you will be responsible for the presentation and sufficiency of food, working in collaboration with the kitchen. Your tasks will also include general customer service, serving, and maintaining cleanliness. The winter season in Levi begins in November: we offer work for the entire winter season (e.g., November 18 - March 31, or as agreed) as well as during the busiest Christmas season (e.g., November 18 - January 4, or as agreed).

What we offer:

- Accommodation in a shared room within walking distance from the workplace. Rent 250€/month.

- Salary according to experience and skills: for example 2000-2300eur / month or 12,5 - 14,4eur/hr

- Working hours min. 90 h / 3 week (typically 30-40hrs/week)

In cooperation with REDU, we organize voluntary and free of charge Lapland tourism training in English. The training includes e.g. customer service, knowledge of Finnish working culture and Lapland's tourism industry and cooperation/interaction skills.

We expect:

- Finnish hygiene and alcohol serving certifications ('hygiene passport and alcohol serving passport') - if you don't have them yet, we will help you acquire them

- English language skills

- Previous experience as a waiter

- Positive customer service attitude and ability to withstand pressure even in busy situations
