Are you a talented cook with a passion for Indian cuisine? Ciao! Pizza & Burger Oy is seeking a skilled and experienced restaurant cook to join our dynamic team!

Position: Restaurant Cook (Specializing in Indian Cuisine)

Location: Helsinki, Finland

Ciao! Pizza & Burger Oy is a bustling restaurant located in the heart of Helsinki, renowned for our delicious pizzas, mouthwatering burgers, and diverse menu offerings. As we continue to expand our culinary horizons, we are excited to introduce authentic Indian cuisine to our menu, and we are seeking a talented cook to spearhead this endeavor.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori specialties, biryanis, and more.

Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Collaborate with the team to develop and learn other existing dishes too like pizza & burger.  

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook, specializing in Indian cuisine.

In-depth knowledge of Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavors.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
